Rooted in Textiles and Craftsmanship
As a bespoke knitwear designer, I create personalised knitwear with a deep-rooted connection to textiles and craftsmanship. I grew up surrounded by textiles and craftsmanship. My grandmother taught me to spin yarn and knit before I was seven, and the love for materials and making has never left me.
From Superyachts to High-End Architecture
After my training as a textile designer, I worked at Blohm+Voss in Hamburg, a shipyard with more than a century of tradition, internationally renowned for building superyachts and naval vessels, where I contributed to the interiors of yachts. Later, I studied architecture and moved to London, where I spent almost two decades at Eric Parry Architects, a high-end practice known for detail and precision, where I served as an Associate Director.
Why I Create Knitwear Today
As much as I valued my years in architecture, I missed the satisfaction of creating something from beginning to end, of being involved in every aspect and, at the end of the process, holding the finished piece in my hands. Knitwear gives me exactly that sense of fulfilment. Each garment is programmed, knitted and finished in my workshop — the knitting machine is fully automated, but every pattern and structure is reprogrammed for you, each time anew.

As a bespoke knitwear designer, I create knitwear with the same approach an architect designs a house: every piece begins with a vision, but leaves room for you to apply your own colours, details and measurements. My designs are the framework, you complete them. The result: garments that are highly personalised, with your name knitted into them, timeless, and made to last.

As a bespoke knitwear designer, I only produce four to six pieces a month. This limit ensures quality, exclusivity and personal contact. I will always be available to you: from the first contact to after your piece has been delivered.
